Warren commenced his career in Royal Navy/Royal Marines Medical Service -working at Royal Naval Hospital Haslar, Royal Marines Medical Squadron and 40 Commando Royal Marines. He entered the medical device industry in 1990 and has worked as a Sales Representative, Clinical Application Specialist, Regional Manager, National Sales Manager and National/European  Training Manager. He has a wide experience in the medical device industry, including working in the patient monitoring, nutrition/body composition, cardio, ultrasound and ophthalmology fields. He has a passion for training and mentoring individuals in the medical device industry.

Wayne Hope is a Senior Technical Recruitment Manager with over two decades of experience in sales & recruitment. Starting his career in insurance sales which progressed to management level before moving into recruitment where he made an instant impact advancing to Director level due to his work ethic, success and commitment to the role.
