Warren commenced his career in Royal Navy/Royal Marines Medical Service -working at Royal Naval Hospital Haslar, Royal Marines Medical Squadron and 40 Commando Royal Marines. He entered the medical device industry in 1990 and has worked as a Sales Representative, Clinical Application Specialist, Regional Manager, National Sales Manager and National/European Training Manager. He has a wide experience in the medical device industry, including working in the patient monitoring, nutrition/body composition, cardio, ultrasound and ophthalmology fields. He has a passion for training and mentoring individuals in the medical device industry.
Natasha has 15 years recruitment experience mostly operating within the medtech space and supporting leadership, commercial and clinical appointments on a global basis. Her recruitment philosophy centres on building true partnerships with clients, understanding their needs in-depth, and crafting tailored solutions. Whether mid-senior level hires, scale-up talent projects or sensitive hires, her approach ensures that solutions are strategic and sustainable.
Kate joined our team as a Consultant Operations Manager, bringing her experience and a commitment to fostering best practices in our business operations. With a diverse background spanning several industries, Kate’s expertise lies in administration, marketing, logistics planning, and management. Now collaborating with us at MSC, Kate is leveraging this diverse experience to support our mission of establishing efficient, scalable, and sustainable business practices. Her strategic insight and hands-on approach are instrumental in guiding our operations and ensuring that we remain agile and adaptable in a competitive landscape.
