Transfers, Substitutions, and Cancellations
- Transfers to different course dates are possible with written notice and may incur additional fees.
- Substituting participants is allowed under certain conditions and also incurs a fee.
- Cancellations are allowed within 14 days of the agreement, with varying refund amounts depending on the timing. No refunds are available if course materials have been accessed.
Intellectual Property
- MSA retains all intellectual property rights to course materials and content. Customers are prohibited from copying, sharing, or modifying the materials without permission.
Liability and Termination
- MSA’s liability is limited to the course fees paid, and they are not responsible for indirect losses.
- The agreement can be terminated by either party under specific circumstances, such as breach of contract.
Data Protection
- Personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR, as detailed in MSA’s Privacy Notice.
Governing Law
- The agreement is governed by English law, and disputes will be settled in English courts.
